What sexual health services can I get in New York State if I'm under 18?
You might want to consider talking with your parents or an adult you trust about getting health services, but in New York State you can
get the following health services without the permission or knowledge of parents, guardians, or anyone else:
In New York State, free or low-cost confidential health services are available at many health department clinics, community health centers and family planning program sites
Pregnancy Services in New York State
If you become pregnant, you have the right to decide what is best for you: continue the pregnancy and keep the baby or choose adoption; or end the pregnancy with an abortion. Visit a family planning program
site in New York State for counseling about your pregnancy options.
